The reason of introducing Harvard University

As is known to all, Harvard University is a top university over the world. We may ever heard of Harvard University from newspaper, hot topics, the mouth from teacher and stuff. However, we merely heard, but never trying to get to know it. So did i. And what made me so interested in Harvard University was a coincidence. That was in a holiday, I was streaming videos on bilibili to enrich my knowledge. I clicked into a learning instructive video which recommended me to study a course named “CS50” from Harvard University public classes. At that moment, I was extremely shocked that I, a common student, was able to learn a course from top university, especially for free. Oh my god! Then, carrying my curiosity, I tried to walk into this class. Unfortunately, I was fenced for poor English. So with my pity, I fell like introducing Harvard University to you guys to know about it.

The overview of Harvard University

Being built in 1636, with the longest history, Harvard University is a renowned private research type university. Till to October, 2019, Harvard University has fostered numerous big shots. Including Franklin Roosevelt, Barack Obama and president stuff. Among Harvard schoolmates, professors, and researchers, 160 Nobel prize owners, 18 Fields Medal owners, 14 Turing Award owners were from Harvard university. Wow~ That is really a valiant record.

Their personality is quite different from Chinese students. In class, if meet questions, they’ll say why instead of whether, they’ll ask should be rather than possible. They are straightforward and self-reliance. Different from hardworking students, they reach their ambition by holding a far eye-sight and prosperous mind but the details how to make it. They’re ambitious and flexible. Students in Harvard University are into being the leader not a worker.

On top of these, Harvard University encourages competition and excellence not trying sympathy. Loser is loser, that is very realistic and cruel. They don’t believe failing tears, they believe your achievements. The symbol to judge a brilliant graduate is his influence to social.
